Dr. Arndt graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1999 and completed a residency in General Dentistry in 2000. She served in the US Navy as an officer and dentist for 6 years and worked at a group pediatric dental office in Corpus Christi, TX before relocating to Concord in 2007. While practicing in New Hampshire, she has worked in private practice in a pediatric dental office, group general dentist office, and most recently, in public health at Concord Hospital Family Health Center Dental Clinic. She has been a long-standing member of the American Dental Association,  Academy of General Dentistry  and the local component-Concord Dental Society. She is a course instructor at New Hampshire Technical Institute Dental Hygiene School and is active in the community by serving as a board member for a local non-profit organization, Womenade, assisting women and families in the area. She enjoys running, hiking, camping, bike rides, and many outdoor activities with her husband, Dan, and their two children, Rowan and Gracen.
